All-weather materials
Our concrete and wood furniture is durable and weatherproof. We use a blend of green cement and recycled materials to create a lightweight concrete finish that resists stains, mold, and mildew. Our wood tables are made from Grade A teak, a naturally durable wood that withstands extreme weather without losing its strength or beauty.
Tested world-wide
Our collection has been thoroughly tested against a number of global standards and is O-TL Listed in accordance with UL 1370 in the USA, certified in accordance with EN16647 in Europe and the UK, and satisfies the ACCC Safety Mandate for Australia.

An ethanol fireplace is an eco-friendly and cost-effective alternative to gas fireplaces and wood burning fireplaces. Enjoy the warmth and aesthetic benefits of a traditional fireplace without the smoke, soot or ash in your home. Unlike gas fireplaces or traditional wood burning fireplaces, EcoSmart Fire’s ethanol fireplace inserts require no venting, no gas line, no electricity - eliminating the need and cost of three sub contractors.
How long does it take to assemble?
There is virtually no assembly. Our Freestanding and Fireplace Grates ranges are designed to be placed into the desired location, secured into position, and operated immediately. Our Fireplace Inserts are designed to slot into place, secured and built around with your preferred finish – again a quick and easy installation – so your builder or interior designer will love you!
The longest part of the setup process is trying to figure out where you want to place it – be sure it complies with our clearance requirements particularly with regard to moving objects like curtains, tree branches and so forth.
Are ethanol fireplaces good for the environment?
EcoSmart Fire’s ethanol fireplace burners and fireplace inserts, when paired with our e-NRG bioethanol fuel are clean burning with the only byproduct being heat, steam and carbon dioxide (the same stuff we exhale). Unlike gas fireplace inserts and wood burning fireplace inserts, EcoSmart Fire’s ethanol fireplaces do not produce messy pollutants like soot, smoke, and ash.
How large of an area will my ethanol fireplace heat?
The heat output of our indoor and outdoor ethanol fireplaces vary based on the model selected. When used indoors, EcoSmart Fire’s ethanol fireplaces comfortably heat between 215 sq feet and 700 sq feet.
What are some key benefits – compared to other heating options?
When you choose ethanol as your fuel source over gas or wood, you are totally simplifying your installation requirements and costs. Burn times for our ethanol fireplaces vay based on flame size and fuel capacity of the burner. EcoSmart Fire’s ethanol fireplaces will burn between 8-13 hours when full.
How does an ethanol fireplace work?
EcoSmart Fire’s ethanol fireplaces are self-contained, burning bioethanol fuel that is housed within the stainless steel container. A flame regulator controls and stabilizes the flame. EcoSmart Fire’s indoor ethanol fireplaces are ventless, meaning all the heat stays in the room rather than escaping up a flue or chimney like it would with a traditional wood burning fireplace.
